Training and Events
Advocating in our world is what we do. Before we can organize in our community, we must become organized ourselves. The members of CFILC collaborate together to help put on a number of trainings and events throughout the year. Our trainings are informative and empowering, and our events can be fun and make a direct impact to those around us.

Leading Change, Embracing Social Justice, and Recognizing Intersectionality
C4A & CFILC are excited to bring you a combined virtual conference in December.
Our Integrated Conference is the place to be. We encourage professionals in the aging and disability field who want to learn, share and network with other like-minded peers. This year’s virtual conference will allow us to reflect on the current impacts to our communities while continuing to grow together to increase our engagement in social justice and intersectionality.
Breakout sessions will include topics such as hunger/food insecurity, social isolation and loneliness, long term services and long-term care, the digital divide, age-friendly/livable communities as well as the benefits of aging and disability resource centers.
Registration is $99 per person.
