Executive Director
Lisa Hayes serves as Executive Director of the California Foundation for Independent Living Centers (CFILC). With over twenty years of experience in managed care and disability leadership, she is deeply committed to expanding access, equity, and community living opportunities for people with disabilities.
Prior to joining CFILC, Lisa led Rolling Start, Inc. a Center for Independent Living serving San Bernardino, Inyo, and Mono Counties for seven years. She continues to advocate at the state and national levels through her service on the California State Independent Living Council and the National Council for Independent Living (NCIL) Board of Directors.
