Register to Attend
Registration is required to attend and participate in the workshop sessions. Upon completion, you will receive an email with login details, which will allow for full access to The Lobby area. The Lobby area will be used to navigate the break out sessions. We will notify all registrants once The Lobby page is completed.
The registration fee is $59 per attendee. The conference begins at 9 a.m. (PST) on Thursday, April 22nd (Earth Day).
PLEASE NOTE: If paying by PayPal/Credit Card be sure to complete the payment process up to where PayPal automatically redirects you back to our Thank You page.
If you select payment method “PayPal/Credit Card” and you don’t have a PayPal account, you will be redirected to a page like the one below. Simply scroll down and click “Pay with Debit or Credit Card”
Some users will encounter a landing page similar to the one below. In this situation PayPal checks to see if the email entered is attached to a PayPal account. Simply enter any other email address. This is where PayPal will send your transaction receipt.
To bypass this simply fill out our registration form in a new private/incognito browser window. You can open a new private/incognito window by clicking in your browser toolbar menu and selecting “New Private Window”, “New Incognito Window”, or “New Private Tab” depending on browser type.
Keyboard shortcuts
On Chrome press Ctrl + Shift + n for Windows, ⌘(command) + Shift + n for Mac
On Firefox press Ctrl + Shift + p for Windows, Command + Shift + p for Mac
On MS Edge Ctrl + Shift + n for Windows, Command + Shift + n for Mac
On Safari Command + Shift + n for Mac.
Once in private window mode you can follow the Basic PayPal Redirect tutorial for credit card payments.
If after 5 minutes you don’t see a confirmation email from our website check your spam box. Some email clients also sort emails into different tabs such as “Other”, “Promotions”, or “Marketing”. Also, there are instances where workplace firewalls are too strict and automatically divert emails to a separate holding area.
If you still can’t find it email us at IntegratedConfHELP@gmail.com and we will confirm your registration and forward you a copy of your confirmation email.
Regardless, if you paid we will find you through our regular database/payment check ups and send you a confirmation email if we find that one didn’t go out to you!
Some government based registrants are encountering problems when being redirected to the PayPal page.
If you encounter the following error:
Problem using PHP Sessions. Admin – Go to Contact -> PayPal & Stripe Settings -> Other -> Temporary Storage Method – > Select Cookies
- You can select the alternate “Check” payment method, the confirmation email will provide check payment instructions and one of our staff will reach out to you with an invoice.
- You can also reach out to us at IntegratedConfHELP@gmail.com and we can re-register you using the information stored in our system, and you can call in your credit card info when ready.
