Position Summary for Youth Transition Specialist
Location: Grass Valley, CA
Description: FREED is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Youth Transition Specialist based in the Grass Valley office. This position will support development and implementation of FREED's Youth Transition Program for youth with disabilities. This position will assist with program development and implementation, outreach, direct service provision, and coordination and collaboration with schools and other stakeholders. Experience with transition age youth, education systems, and curriculum development and a plus. EOE, Individuals with disabilities strongly encouraged to apply. 40 hours per week. Non-exempt position with benefits including medical, dental & vision, vacation, sick leave, holiday pay.
