This delegation was responsible for what became H.R. 5610, signed into law by the President in July 2010, which continues to favorably serve more than 250 CILs nationwide. Louis was a member of the design team for the San Diego Padres to ensure Petco Park was accessible to the entire community, for which he was given a Peacemaker Award by the National Conflict Resolution Center in 2005.
