The California Foundation for Independent Living Centers is excited to organize and host the third annual Independent Living Conference. Last year's IL Conference was a huge success and brought in more attendees than expected. This year we hope to bring together even more!

Hotel for the IL Conference

The Great Wolf Lodge in Garden Grove (Anaheim area) will be the location for the CFILC – 2019 Independent Living Conference.

Room reservation cut-off date: Friday, September 6, 2019.

Group rates are valid for Monday, October 7, 2019 – Thursday, October 10, 2019 (until the room block has been filled, so book your rooms early)
• The room rate is at $120.00 plus $15.00 resort fee plus taxes/night

Guestrooms are limited and are upon availability after the room block is filled so make your reservations quickly!  Please indicate, at the time of reservation, how we can help make your stay even more comfortable.

Refund Policy

Refund Policy: All IL Conference cancellations and requests for refunds must be made in writing as indicated below. Requests must be mailed to our office, or emailed to refund@cfilc.org. Telephone requests will not be honored.

Full Refunds: To receive a 100% IL Conference refund, CFILC must receive written requests no later than September 18, 2019.

50% Refunds: On or after September 19, 2019, requests for refunds for the IL Conference will be subject to a 50% refund.

No Refunds: On or after September 28, 2019 you will not be eligible for an IL Conference refund, you may substitute someone in place of the registered attendee.

Emergency Illness of Registrant or Immediate Family Member: Full refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the IL Conference due to an illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. In such a circumstance, CFILC must be contacted by letter or e-mail prior to conference start date.

Substitution Policy: Registrants may send a substitute in their place in lieu of requesting a refund.

CFILC will refund fees within 30 days of receiving and approving the request for refund.
